Its time of the year to try new things--and work on that New Years resolution of focusing on you, and doing what feels good for your body!

As part of their mission to give back to the community & support worthwhile causes, Buy My Yoga will sponsor a day of yoga, wine & fun at the 2nd Annual Yoga & Wine Event! A yoga gift set will be donated for a giveaway during the event - and will include a yoga mat, block & strap. The must not miss event will be hosted by Tina Yoga & Gard Vintner Tasting Room - at their Woodinville location, on Sunday February 25th at 10:30 am.

The day will will begin with some simple breathing techniques to help silence the mind, followed by gentle stretching, a few standing balancing postures, all while connecting our mind with our body.

After the yoga practice, the group will head on over to the tasting room bar where Christina will ALSO pour a tasting flight of Gard Vintners award winning wines. (Or you can choose to sit down and relax with a glass of wine of your choice).

All levels are welcome, but you must be 21+ to attend! Tickets are $20 per person, and include a tasting flight or glass of wine. Attendees also get 10% off all purchases! And don’t forget to bring your mat!

Christina Scarsorie is a certified yoga teacher, and wine aficionado. She brings her love of yoga and wine together at Gard Vintners - where she works as tasting room manager.

Gård Vintners is dedicated to crafting world-class wines from its sustainably farmed estate vineyard on the Royal Slope of Washington's Columbia Valley AVA. They produce 6,000 cases a year for their wine club, three tasting rooms and select distribution in the northwest and across the country.
