Anna has been actively involved in yoga for more than 7 years now throughout the country. She currently practices at the Yoga Shala Studio located in Sedona, Arizona, as well as traveling in different countries all over the world to teach yoga. Specializing in yoga styles of Hatha and Vinyasa with medium impact, Anna understands the value that these ancient styles can give to benefit a person’s overall health.
In 2011, she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Since then she has actively made efforts to expand her skill sets in other fields of yoga and health. Ranging from Reiki to Myofascial Release, to Postural Restoration; she has entered into these arenas of practice and has thus far been very successful.
